This quick and simple salad is easy and can be done anytime. Grated carrots are dressed with a simple dressing of mustard seeds tempered in extra Virgin olive oil along with green chilies, curry leaves with freshly squeezed lemon and seasoning.
The nutty acidic dressing against the sweetness of the carrots are absolutely heavenly.
Fresh, quick and makes a great snack as well as a side with your mains.
